Payke Gymnastics Academy

Specialties: We offer classes in all Olympic gymnastics events from beginner to competitive levels for boys and girls ages two and older. We take pride in helping to develop each child's self-esteem as well as offering all-around gymnastics instruction. Established in 1994. Payke Gymnastics Academy was first opened in March of 1994 in South Pasadena , California by Parvin Peik. Fifteen years and three locations later we have two facilities with growing recreational programs. Parvin was a National Champion in Iran and has been teaching gymnastics in the U.S. for the last 20 years. She graduated with a major in child development from Pacific Oaks University in Pasadena. Our South Pasadena location is home to a twelve year old award winning Womans Team. Parvin met womans Head Coach, Soda Persi, at Secquoyah School where they were both teaching. Payke Shooting*Stars is the official name of the woman's gymnastics team at Payke Gymnastics Academy. Our team is a family and always has been, that's what sets us apart. We have spent almost 20 yrs creating our unique style and have enjoyed watching hundreds of little gymnasts blossom into successful and happy people.
